My child is starting to read numbers, should I choose the « animals» watch or the «numbers» watch?

Every child has his/her unique learning process, so it is difficult to identify the age and specific development stage that best suits our products. In general, if your child finds it difficult to navigate the notion of time, if he/she has questions on the passing of time and is not familiar yet with numbers on the watch, then we suggest opting for the « animals » model.
If your child is familiar with numbers and he/she is starting to learn how to read the time at school, we recommend the use of the « numbers » model.

Is the clock silent ?

Yes, our wall clocks are equipped with a special mechanism that ensure absolute silence, no « tic toc » sound.

Where are your products made ?

Our products are manufactured in China and follow strict supervision criteria. The production of our watches is entrusted to a family owned business specialized in clock-making and certified by an independent international body. The design concept, the choice of components and materials is made in Belgium, at the Twistiti headquarters.

How do I change the strap of my Twistiti wristwatch?

Our watch straps are designed to be easily and quickly interchangeable. All you have to do is slip the small bar of the strap in the watchcase. You can find an explanatory video here.

What are your delivery times ?

We normally process every new order within one hour. The delivery takes around 2 to 5 days for Central Europe and 5 to 10 days for other countries.

I can’t complete my order, it looks like the delivery service is not available in my country.

At the moment, we are only able to ship our products to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Metropolitan France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden.

Do you deliver at the DOM TOM ?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we only delivery within Metropolitan France.

How to obtain a tracking number for my parcel ?

At the moment we cannot provide automatic tracking numbers. You can get in contact with us and after providing the information relative to your order we will provide you with a tracking number.

What carrier in charge of my delivery?

We normally deliver with the national postal service (bpost, La Poste/Colissimo, etc ). In order to guarantee a faster deliver, some of our packages are shipped from our warehouse with Amazon.

Are the payments protected by a secured system ?

Yes. We exclusively work with world renowned financial service providers to offer reliable and professional services. Payments by credit card are managed by Stripe. The payment process is secured by an SSL certificate and Twistiti does not have any access to your sensitive banking information.

Can I pay by bank wire transfer ?

No. At the moment, the only payment methods available are credit card or PayPal.

I think I was charged several times for my purchase or that my transaction didn’t go through. How should I proceed ?

If you have doubts on the validity of your payment and its processing by your bank or credit card company, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to verify the status of your payment for you.

I would like to return my order. How does it work?

It is possible to return your product within 30 days from the moment of delivery. If for any reason, you wish to return your order, please contact us and include information related to your purchase (order number, your name, address and type of product purchased). We will inform you on our return procedure; usually the return of the product to the Twistiti headquarters. The product must be returned in its original unused conditions.

I returned my order, when will the refund be issued ?

The waiting time for the processing of the refund depends on the bank/credit card company. The refunds made via PayPal will immediately show on your balance, the refunds on international credit cards may take up to a week.

Is the product protected by warranty ? If yes, what are the terms and conditions ?

All our products are covered by an international 2-year warranty. The quality of our products is one of the pillars on which our company is built. Our customer service will be there to promptly assist you in resolving any type of issue.
